Processing Times

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Europe Union, or China within X-X business days.

Delivery Times

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Netherblocks is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they’ve been delivered to the shipping address you provided.
  • If your parcel goes missing, please contact the courier directly.
  • Only orders with Shipping Insurance selected at checkout are eligible for a free replacement if lost or stolen.

Shipping Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping, billing, and contact details before placing an order. We can’t change addresses once an order has been shipped.
  • Orders may arrive in more than one package.
  • International orders may face customs delays beyond our control.

Currency

Order Cancellations

  • We may cancel an order at our discretion.
  • If your order is canceled before you’re charged, you may see a temporary authorization on your account (this will disappear within a few days).
  • If your order is canceled after payment, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within X-X business days.
